Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Degree majoring in Law
- Experienced at least 2 years in similar position at company with > 1000 employees
- Having good understanding and capability in Labor Law, good relationship with Governmental
- Institutions in the field of Manpower
- Having Good communication and negotiation Skills
- Willing to be located at Citereup,,Bogor
- Have strong communication & interpersonal skills, good analytical, and like challenges
- Able to work as a team and/or under pressure
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken is preferable
- Have excellence computer skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)
Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that safety, quality and continuous performance are met the target and improved
- Lead production team and work schedules in accordance with budgetary cost and Danone Way Fundamental.
- Grow people through empowerment and development program.
- At least S1 degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Electrical,
- working experience in food and beverages company (in the operation, preferably in Production, Quality, Engineering) at least 5 years
- Strong Leadership and Managerial skill in lean manufacturing environment
- Having knowledge about problem solving method, food manufacturing certification such as GMP and HACCP, ISO, Halal and Food safety Management System
- Good command in English both verbal & written
- PC literacy in MS Office
- Willing to be placed in West Java
