Job Description:
- Develop and implement a Digital capability building Road map for Indonesia
- Establish key Partnerships and Flagship Digital Content Projects to accelerate building of company Digital Capabilities
- Drive capabilities in Mobile Marketing
- Introduce performance benchmarks for digital campaigns / establish an equity measurement methodology for digital-based campaigns
- Develop and implement a sustained Digital Skills Training Plan for Brand Building teams
- Min of 3 years experience in Digital Media world
- Bachelor Degree, preferably with Marketing/ Communication related course
- Digital Savvy - strong interests, lifestyle and community
- Strong drive, self motivated, great interpersonal and managerial skills
