Especially in the Service Contact Center, we provide outsourcing services for the management of Customer Relation Management (CRM) through the activities of inbound and outbound contact center by utilizing the latest communication technology via telephone, sms, emails, websites, and chat.

Agent Contact Center Bank Bukopin
Tendean - Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities:
  • Serving incoming calls from Bukopin customers with good
  • Provide information according to Bukopin customer needs related to product
  • Handling complaints well
  • Provide the best service and satisfaction to customers of the bank Bukopin
Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Maximum age 35 years at the time of hiring
  • Minimum education D3 graduates of all majors, graduate D3 (min GPA 2.50) or S1 graduate (min GPA 2.00)
  • Willing to work shift, the South Jakarta area of ​​domicile and would be placed in Tendean
  • Has good sound quality / clear articulation
  • Have the skills to use computers
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Looking neat and clean
  • Having a general knowledge of banking products
  • Graduated from the entire series of selection tests
  • Having a call center experience preferred
