PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) is a State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in cement industry in the region of Southern Sumatra. Production capacity of 1.250 million tons per year and manufacturing site located in Baturaja, Palembang and Panjang.

Baturaja Cement always tried to maintain continuity and stability of supply of cement in the country particularly in Southern Sumatra, because Baturaja Cement is the sole cement producer southern Sumatran region.

General Requirements:

• Male, Indonesian citizen
• Education: SMK - D3 - S1
• Graduated in 2005 up to now
• Not married and willing not to be married until completion of training
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Drug-Free
• Well behaved
• Not bound or bond department of employment with another company
