Supervisor Development Program
SDP for Starmart (Code: SDP-STAR)
Jakarta | Closing Date : 26 December 2011
Responsibilities:

• SDP (Supervisor Development Program) for is an intensive Training program designed to provide knowledge, skill and attitude required to be future Leaders and to be placed at one of branches all over Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Young and energetic and graduated from D3 or S1 preferable with a minimum GPA of 2,75
• Willing to be trained in an intensive training
• Willing to be placed at one of branches all over Indonesia
• Able to lead a team and corporate in a team
• English proficiency both oral and written is a beneficial
• Willing to work in shift / public holiday
• Good computer literacy
