KPEI obtain status as a legal entity on September 24, 1996 with the approval of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia. Two years later, on June 1, 1998, the Company received a business license as a Clearing Guarantee Institution based on the Decree of Bapepam. Kep-26/PM/1998.
In 2000 with the implementation of Scriptless Trading, KPEI as Clearing improve the quality of its services by launching service e-Clears ® in July 2000. KPEI until now always develop themselves to provide the best service for the Indonesian Capital Market.

- Minimum Bachelors degree from reputable universities in Finance,
- Economics or Risk Management;
- Minimum GPA: 3.00 (scale : 4.00)
- Age maximum 28 years old
- Good written and spoken in English
- Have certificate, experience, and familiar in Capital Market activities is an advantage
