Plant Supervisor (PLT-SPV)
Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Sumatera Selatan, Banten | Closing Date : 25 November 2011
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operational management and administration of Batching Plant (Plant) which includes:
• Supervise production activity batching plant
• Material requirements planning / production of raw materials and to supervise the production process for the achievement of production targets set
• Oversee and ensure the quality of materials / production of raw materials and products
• Planning needs and ensure the availability of mixer trucks for delivery of production according to customer demand and production capacity
• Schedule and coordinate batching plant maintenance both routine maintenance and long-term care
• Human resource planning is required in batching plant operational
• Ensure, oversee and handle customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Ensure that plant operations to observe and comply with safety and working environment
• Conduct an intensive and effective communication both to internal employees and the community around batching plant

Requirements:

• Education Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years work experience a Supervisor in the field of construction and preferably from the concrete industry
• Having a good knowledge of concrete
• Having good leadership, high motivation and love of field work
• Have the analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills
• Can speak English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in all operational areas of the company

Civil Engineer (TS)
Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Lampung, Sumatera Selatan, Banten | Closing Date : 25 November 2011
Requirements:

• S1 majoring in Civil Engineering Education
• Min 2 years experience preferably from readymix industry, construction, precast concrete piping / pile and foundation / piling (open to fresh graduates)
• Having a good knowledge of construction / concrete industry, has the analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills
• Can use computers and speak English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in all operational areas of the company
