Requirements:
- Minimum education S1 in all majors
- Minimum experience 3 years as a Head Unit Micro in Bank or non-bank financial institutions
- Well knowing about the placement area
- Able to motivate team member
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Communicative, proactive and have a high initiative
