PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) was established on June 1, 1999, as state-owned special task effort to empower the Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UMKMK).

The task of empowerment is done through the provision of financing services and management services, as part of the implementation of government strategies to promote UMKMK, in particular a contribution to the real sector, in order to support the growth of new entrepreneurs who have business prospects and are able to create jobs.

PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), or "PNM", was established as the implementation of Decree XVI MPR/1998 and in Government Regulation No.38/1999 dated May 29, 1999, with authorized capital of Rp1, 2 billion and paid up capital of Rp300 billion. A few months later, through the Minister of Finance No. Kep. KMK 487 017 dated 15 October 1999, as the implementation of law No.23 of 1999, PNM was appointed one of the SOE Coordinator for distributing and managing 12 schemes of Credit program.

Currently, we are opening positions as follows.

Unit Manager
Jawa Barat | Closing Date : 14 October 2011
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage micro-finance unit
• To review and decide on financing
• Develop and manage a healthy financial portfolio

Requirements:

• Male / Female, minimum D3 education and a maximum of 36 years of age
• Preferred experience at least 2 (two) years as head of the micro finance unit or 3 (three) years as a Loan Officer / Marketing Officer in units of micro-finance
• Mastering the language and local culture / local
• Experienced team lead
• Preferred has a customer base and motor vehicles (SIM C)

Loan Officer
Jawa Barat | Closing Date : 14 October 2011
Responsibilities:

• Perform the verification process and review applications to the field of financing
• Provide funding recommendations to the Unit Manager
• Maintain the financing process so that the quality of financing to stay healthy

Requirements:

• Male / Female, minimum D3 education and maximum age 32 years
• Preferably have experience of at least 2 (two) years as credit / loan officers at microfinance
• Mastering the language and local culture / local
• Computer literate MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Preferred has a customer base and motor vehicles (SIM C)

Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Looking for new customers
• Maintain good relations with customers
• Develop and manage a healthy financial portfolio

Requirements:

• Male / Female, minimum D3 education and maximum age 32 years
• Preferred to have experience of at least 1 (one) year as sales / marketing in micro-finance or micro finance institutions (RB, Cooperatives and Multi Finance)
• Mastering the language and local culture / local
• Preferred has a customer base and motor vehicles (SIM C)
• Have good verbal communication skills and strong customer orientation

Collector
Jawa Barat | Closing Date : 14 October 2011
Responsibilities:

• Perform routine billing to the customer
• Maintain good relations with customers

Requirements:

• Male / Female, at least high school education and age maximum 30 years
• Preferred to have experience of at least 2 (two) years as collector in the banking / micro finance institutions / financial institutions
• Having a motor vehicle (SIM C)
• Able to work under pressure

Supporting

• Perform routine administrative and operational financing

Requirements:

• Male / Female, education min. D3 Accounting / Finance with experience on Financial Institutions as Financial Officer / Credit min. 1 year and maximum age 26 years.
• Computer literate MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Having a SIM-C
• Understand Accounting and Finance Administration.
• Have good communication skills.

Cashier

• Manage the disbursement of funding to accurately and timely
• Perform transaction deposit receipts

Requirements:

• Male / Female, high school education (SMU/K) with experience in Administrative / Financial min. 1 year and max. age of 22 years.
• Computer literate MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Having a SIM-C.
• Understand Accounting and Finance Administration.
• Have good communication skills.

Internal Control Staff
