The deed of establishment was further amended in accordance with the Deed of Sri Rahayu Hadi Prasetyo, SH., No. 05 dated 17 September 2002 and has been approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia in its Decision Letter. C-20 857 HT.01.04.TH.2002 dated October 25, 2002.

The company was founded with the intent and purpose to organize a business in the field of agro business and agro-industry, and optimizing the utilization of Company resources to produce goods and / or services of good quality and strong competitiveness, and the pursuit of profit in order to enhance corporate value by applying principles principle of Limited Liability Company.

Company's business activities include crop cultivation, processing / production, and sale of plantation commodities Tea, Rubber, Palm Oil, Quinine, and Cocoa. Center of business activities in the Directors Office Jl. No. Sindangsirna. 4 Bandung, West Java with a garden / business units are managed as many as 41 gardens in 11 regencies / cities in West Java (Bogor, Sukabumi, Cianjur, West Bandung regency, Bandung, Subang, Purwakarta, Garut, Tasikmalaya and Ciamis) and two districts in Banten Province (Lebak and Pandeglang).

• Bachelor of Law (Code - Huk)
• Bachelor of Engineering: Environmental Engineering & Industrial Engineering (Code - TEK SI)
• Diploma III:
• Diploma III: Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (code - TEK DIII)
5. GPA minimum 2.75 (PTN / PTS Accreditation A) and 3.00 (other PTS)
6. Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind
7. Well-behaved
