MNCTV initially known as TPI, which itself was founded in 1990 in Jakarta. As a company that is engaged in television broadcasting in Indonesia. TPI is the third private company to obtain permission television broadcasting on August 1, 1990, and as the first television station broadcasting nationally licensed.
TPI began commercial operation since January 23, 1991, and in July 2006, Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) to acquire 75% stake in TPI. TPI is now officially merged into one of the MNC-run television which is also the parent of the RCTI and Global TV.

Requirements:
- Male, age 23 - 27 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): understand the process of installation of broadcast equipment (Audio, Video) in an integrated
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Organized person and willing to work hard
- Personality with proactive service in mind and good team player
- Proficient in English both oral and written
