Recruitment Officer (REC-OF)

Responsibilities:
- To do end to end recruitment process (psychological test, interview, and hiring finalization)
- Handle recruitment project and any task required to support recruitment function
- Minimum S1 degree, majoring of Psychology from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3,00
- Having minimum 1 year working experience in Recruitment area within banking industry
- Good Analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
Strategic Regular Officer (SRO)
Closing Date: 31 May 2011
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other work units to verify the specifications of goods and requirements
- Doing anwijzing to multiple partners if the tender specifications and the desired type of stuff is obvious.
- Support requests from users RFQ, to clarify the specification of goods in question and then monitoring the fulfillment of the work unit.
- Seeking partner comparison, the benchmark to get the best price.
- Develop & maintain asset management system and procurement management system.
- Minimal S1. with minimum GPA: 3.00.
- Having working experience in banking industry especially in the procurement of goods at least 1 year.
- Have knowledge of vendor procurement & Tenders
- Having good communication skills.
- Knowing and mastering the types of office supplies, computer and printing.
