Recruitment Officer (REC-OF)

Responsibilities:

• To do end to end recruitment process (psychological test, interview, and hiring finalization)
• Handle recruitment project and any task required to support recruitment function

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 degree, majoring of Psychology from reputable university
• Minimum GPA 3,00
• Having minimum 1 year working experience in Recruitment area within banking industry
• Good Analytical thinking
• Good interpersonal and communication skill

Strategic Regular Officer (SRO)
Closing Date: 31 May 2011

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other work units to verify the specifications of goods and requirements
• Doing anwijzing to multiple partners if the tender specifications and the desired type of stuff is obvious.
• Support requests from users RFQ, to clarify the specification of goods in question and then monitoring the fulfillment of the work unit.
• Seeking partner comparison, the benchmark to get the best price.
• Develop & maintain asset management system and procurement management system.

Requirements:

• Minimal S1. with minimum GPA: 3.00.
• Having working experience in banking industry especially in the procurement of goods at least 1 year.
• Have knowledge of vendor procurement & Tenders
• Having good communication skills.
• Knowing and mastering the types of office supplies, computer and printing.
