Service Center Supervisor
Surabaya
Responsibilities:
- Handle ASUS service center on the assigned region
- Support service partner on surrounding area when necessary
- Lead and coach a group of customer service, engineer, and logistic team
- Solve any critical customer problem and complain
- Responsible for service operation and management on the assigned region
- Bachelor degree (S1) Graduated, with min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0, majoring in Information Technology (Computer Engineering), Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skill and customer satisfaction oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge in computer hardware/software.
- Good leadership skill and ability to lead a small team.
- Experience min 1 years as Customer Service Supervisor or Senior Engineer.
- Ready to work hard and under pressure.
- Living in Surabaya city.
- Willing to do the Recruitment & Selection test at Jakarta with own fee & accommodation.
