In line with the Company’s core competence in managing risk of retail financing business, Adira Finance is concentrating more on the financing of the high-yield assets. With sizable funding support from Bank Danamon, also high professionalism and dedication, the Company was able to record new financing of Rp 8.5 trillion in 2006. From that new financing, 74.5% was derived from motorcycle financing sector and 25.0% was derived from car financing sector. The Company financed at least 12.2% of new motorcycles sales and 3.9% of new cars sales in Indonesia during 2006.

Policy Review & BCM (Supervisor Operational Risk Management)

Responsibilities:
  • Developing the concept of BCM in accordance with the development of the company and the standard BCM
  • Reviewing the company's policy with the company's point of view of operational risk
  • Compile routine reports related to the company's risk profile
Requirements:
  • Male or female, maximum age 28 years, education min S1 with GPA min 2.75 preferably from the Department of Economics or Engineering from reputable university
  • Having experience min 3 years
  • Master of computer applications (MS.Office)
  • Having a good analytical ability, understanding the process and Conceptual

Fraud & Risk Measure (Supervisor Operational Risk Management)

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Operational Risk Management System (ORMS) in all business units
  • Implementing a Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) in all business units
  • Analysis and Trend Analysis Unusual development as one of the Fraud Detection
  • Reporting on the Internal and External
  • Development tools and methods of operational risk measurement
Requirements:
  • Male or female, maximum age 28 years, education min S1 with GPA min 2.75 preferably from the Department of Economics or Engineering from reputable university
  • Having experience min 3 years
  • Master of computer applications (MS Office) and mastering the English language
  • Having a good analytical ability, initiative, Risk Management Oriented
