Regional Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

• Organizing & hands on recruitment team and its activities for regional / province
• Identified and collaborating with recruitment channel to provide the best fit candidate ( University, School, Disnaker, Vendor ect )
• Coordinating with business user to finalize in selecting and targeting candidate

Requirements:

• Having experience in recruitment with at least2 ( Two ) years in managing recruitment team ( experience in handling massive recruitment is preferable )
• Graduate degree in Psychology is preferable
• Male / Female with max 35 years old

Credit Policy Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Credit Policy Manager assist in reviewing and monitoring the ongoing credit policy

Requirements:

• Bachelor (S1) with Min GPA 3.00
• Have competence in the field of engineering (Civil, Information Technology, Industrial)
• Have the ability to operate the system Ms.Office and SQL or other databases
• Preferred Fresh Graduate

General Affairs (GA)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and to control the payment of routine expenses, amortization, in order not to affect the Bank's profit & Loos
• Ensure all routine expenses can be paid in accordance with the month the bill / proposed to be accrue
• Monitor pending document & perform follow-up to it
• Ensure that all payments are made accurately process & complied
• Perform control payment to a 3rd party in order to be paid no more than the specified SLAs
• Managing the database of payment to a 3rd party & make report required by management

Requirements:

• Male, Age 23-30 Years
• S1 Economic Education preferred, experience in their field Min 3-7 Years
• Experts operates Database & MS Office, Excel, High Accuracy, High Speed​​, High Durability of stress
• Having Relationship Interpersonal, Team Work & Good communication skills
• Has the ability & knowledge of Accounting, Taxation & Banking is Good

Credit Monitoring Officer

Responsibilities:

• Credit Monitoring Assist Manager in performing:
• Teaching in the credit training
• Prepare training materials, policy-relevant credit Bank
• Ensuring the training process goes well

Requirements:

• Bachelor (S1) with GPA Min Value 3.00 (Scale 4:00)
• Have competence in economics (Sub majors: Management)
• Having good presentation skills
• Preferred Fresh Graduate
