Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good in LAN, TCP/IP
- Preferably CCNA certified
- Experience in ISP, Router configuration, Linux Installation
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- Preferably domiciled in Makassar or must be willing to work in Makassar.

Support Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of service level agreement of all cloud computing services.
- Support customers and/or partners on using the services.
- Managed issue handling and its resolution within agreed service level agreement.
- Defined and continuously improve SOP for support activies.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of working experience in managing IT operation and/or maintenance.
- Able to manage and work with people/team accross different organization & units.
- Have a solid discipline attitude, process and time-wise.
- Knowledge about cloud computing and virtualization technology ia an advantage.
Business Manager

Responsibilities:
- Indentified market needs & defined business roadmap in cloud computing.
- Defined service operation model including its service level.
- Ensuring revenue achievement from sales channel.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of working experience in IT business management.
- Excellent knowledge in account's industry & business.
- Exposure in infrastructure or software business is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Bumi Serpong Damai.
- Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
RPG Programmer

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from IT or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of AS 400 programming language such as RPG III and RPG IV (ILE)
- Good knowledge of DB 400, SQL and Query
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Willing to be placed in Bumi Serpong Damai - Tangerang.
