Responsibilities:
- Male / Female
- Maximum age 35 years at the time of hiring
- Minimum education D3 graduates of all majors, GPA min 2.50 (for graduates D3) and GPA min 2.00 (for graduates of S1)
- Look attractive
- Willing to work in shift
- Has good sound quality / clear articulation
- Able to use computers
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Having a general knowledge of airline ticket reservation
- Pass the entire series of selection tests
- Having a call center experience preferred
- Serving incoming calls from customers of Garuda Indonesia with good
- Provide appropriate information needed by the customer associated to the service of Garuda Indonesia
- Serving airline ticket reservation of Garuda Indonesia Airlines
- Handling complaints well
- Provide the best service and satisfaction to customers
