Finance Staff
Jakarta Raya | Closing Date: 23 June 2011
Responsibilities:

• Under direction of a Division Asst. Manager, performs professional accounting work, including reporting, analyzing and verifying financial records and closing report.
• Preparing financial and statistical reports, providing information to related department regarding accounting practices and procedures, and reconciling general ledger accounts; assists in preparing the City’s annual and mid-year budgets; prepares year-end closing reports and schedules; trains and provides technical advice to lower-level accounting personnel, and performs related work as required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics or equivalent.

Safety Manager
Jakarta Raya - Delta Silicon 2 Lippo Cikarang | Closing Date: 17 June 2011
Responsibilities:

• Preparation of safety manual book/guidance and improve/update regulation as per group/legal external update.
• Socialization guidance for work safety regulation/manual, provide training and daily update for implementation.
• Provide campaign and promotion of health and work safety for all employee, educate employee with health and safety work environment
• Provide and implemented safety patrol and monitoring to update level of understanding and implementation health and safety regulation
• Provide record and report of safety every month, overview safety report and number of safety failure and accidence to all employee
• Brief and monitoring all work from third party to Danone dairy location to following all health and safety rule and regulation
• Provide & Facilitate safety program in accordance to minimize work accidence and safety work failure as describe in safety rate report.
• Update location or work which potentially make accidence or safety failure, identify potential safety hazard and provide program to minimize potential incidence.
• PIC and coordinating of handling work accidence.
• Lead GREEN Manufacturing & Nature Projcet implementation
• PIC for Safety Audit

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Chemistry or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Delta Silicon 2 Lippo Cikarang.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
