Phone Operator

Responsibilities:

• Handling receive incoming calls, helping in connect by phone to outsider, and give accurate information and assistance to customers.

Requirements:

• Female, Single, Max. 23 years old
• Candidates must posses at least a Diploma from any fields
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply, have experiences is a plus
• Strong communication, good looking, and good interpersonal skill
• Able to understand and speak in English
• Able to manage emotional restrain & capable in handling complaint with empathy
• Computer literate
• Able to work in a team and can work under pressure
