QA & System Development Manager

Responsibilities:
  • QA is the process of verifying or determining whether products or services meet or exceed customer expectation. Quality assurance is a process-driven approach with specific steps to help define and attain goals. This process considers design, development, production, and service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from Computer Science with minimum 2-3 years experience in system design and analysis
  • Preferable has certified LOMA/AAJI
  • Having experience in running & develop quality assurance such as AML, KYC and privacy
  • Good command of English
  • Good leadership capability

Auditor
Jakarta Raya | Closing Date: 03 June 2011
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct the audit or participating in the special investigation based on the standard auditing procedure and annual audit plan that has been set up by the Head of Internal Audit.
  • Decide audit scope, tests and audit programs. Identify and evaluate risks and control weaknesses.
  • Conduct the audit based on the time target and budget which has been set up, including reporting and discussing any identified issues to the line managers to confirm its validity.
  • Prepare the audit findings and recommendations and having discussion with the Management for their responses.
  • Manage activities of assigned audit teams and ensure that audit work is completed and documented in accordance with required standards.
  • Prepare draft audit report, which consist of analytical problems with the recommendations and compile the process of improvement for increasing the effective and efficiency of the Company.
  • Perform follow up activities of the audit issues coming from Internal Audit, Regional Audit, External Audit and Regulator.
  • Participating in the Regional Audit (if needed).
  • Participating in any Company project in the Financial or Operational area based on the assignment form the Head of Internal Audit.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably from consulting firm
  • Having knowledge about insurance business
  • Wiling to travel (may involve about 40-50% travelling activities)
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and have the ability to work independently or as a team
  • Having knowledge of audit technique in insurance Company
  • Put a quality as a standard working performance

Customer Service

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
  • Directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service from insurance, banking or other financial services
  • Fluent in English, both oral & written
  • Good interpersonal skill with strong influence & persuasiveness
  • Strong customer services orientation
  • Excellent communication skill & teamwork

Syariah Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing Manulife Sharia business
  • Continuously seek, build and develop relationships withkey contacts within organization and also externally
  • Train, coach and motivate Agents to meet business volume
  • Identify knowledge and skill development need of Agents team in selling Sharia product
  • Develop training and manage to deliver the appropriate training
  • Support sales in achieving targets and assist in sales activities and incentive programs
Requirements:
  • Having a bachelor degree from reputable university preferably major in marketing or communications
  • Having a minimum of 3 years working experience in sales, business development
  • Having a relationship management skill is an advantage
  • Having Syariah knowledge, preferably Syariah certified
  • Good sales and presentation skills

Individual Claim Unit Head

Responsibilities:
  • To control and monitor the approval process of claim payment according to standard and procedures
  • To monitor claim payment operation to agency and clients
  • To monitor and motivate the team in order to maintain an optimal productivity level
  • To review systems, process, and procedures in regular manner
Requirements:
  • Having a bachelor degree in medicine, preferably having a certification in LOMA/AAMI/ICA
  • Having at least 3-5 years of experience as claim analyst at Life Insurance
  • Having an experience of managing a team of analysts
  • Having a good communication, analytical and leadership skills
  • Able to communicate in English fluently

Trainer (Agency)

Responsibilities:
  • This role will provide training and coaching program for agents.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Having a good presentation skill and an excellent communication skill.
  • At least 2- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
  • This role will provide training and coaching program for agents.
