Requirements:

• Male/Female, with maximum age 35 years
• Minimum experience 5 years in HR, with scope of work as follow:
  
  • Payroll
  • HRIS
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Planning and control of labor costs
  • HR administration (administration of new employees, employee transfer, demotion and promotion, etc.)
  • Registration and employee health claims process
  • Registration and payment of Social Security
• Mastering tax calculation (Pph 21)
• Computer literate in Microsoft excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good conceptual knowledge
