Requirements:

• Minimum education S1/S2 majoring in Engineering or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Minimum experience 4 years in the related field
• Highly motivated ability to work as a team and individually
• Good knowledge of Rental Business & Market
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English both written and verbal, and has computer literacy and presentation skill

Web Administrator

Requirements:

• Female, with maximum age 25 years
• Minimum education D3 majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Experienced in creating rich media web
• Understand website management tools, Linux (Centos) administration, and DNS management
• Understanding of web programming and Project management skill are a plus
• Able to use Illustrator, In Design, Fireworks, Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver
• Able to creating and modifying Content Management System (joomla, drupal, etc), HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, C#, .Net, XML/XSLT
• Able to use software for editing picture or photo (Photoshop, GIMP)
• Database (mySQL, MSSQL).
