Requirements:

• Minimum education S1 in any majors
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Maximum age 27 years as per February 2012
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Having the experience of the organization
• Good analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal relationships
• Able to sell a good and interested in the marketing area
• Willing to be placed throughout the operating area of Bank Syariah Mandiri
• Willing to not get married during the MDP education at Bank Syariah Mandiri
