Sriwijaya Air | Selection & Recruitment Officer, Performance Appraisal Officer | December 2011

PT Sriwijaya Air is born as a purely private company, founded by Chandra Lie, Hendry Lie, Johannes Bunjamin, dan Andy Halim. Sriwijaya Air and then started his business with a fleet of Boeing 737-200 capitalize. Some experts who helped to pioneer the establishment of which is Supardi, Capt. Kusnadi, Capt. Adil W, Capt. Harwick L, Gabriella, Suwarsono dan Joko Widodo.

In 2003, right on Heroes Day, 10 November, Sriwijaya Air began flying routes with its inaugural flight from Jakarta to Pangkalpinang PP, PP Jakarta-Palembang, Jakarta, Jambi, PP, and Jakarta-Pontianak PP. Currently, Sriwijaya Air has 24 Boeing Fleet by serving a total of 33 regional routes, including Medan-Penang route PP and other international routes. In order to develop the route and market share, this year will bring additional Sriwijaya Air Boeing 737-300 series, 737-400 and 737-700 New Generation (NG).

In the care and maintenance of the fleet, Sriwijaya Air enter into agreements with PT Aero Nusantara Indonesia (ANI) and the Garuda Maintenance Facility (GMF) as maintenance trusted provider in Indonesia with international standards. This cooperation was meant for the customers Sriwijaya Air will get the optimum safety and comfort. In addition, the labor owned by Sriwijaya Air is human resources (HR) choice of a skilled, friendly and reliable.

Selection & Recruitment Officer

Requirements:
  • Male/Female, minimum age 21 years
  • Minimum experience 1 year in selection & recruitment as interviewer, having experience in employee needed analysis, having experience in recruitment expatriate officer.
  • Education S1 majoring in Psychology with GPA 3.00
  • Able to plan, organize, & evaluate recruitment process
  • Able to use English with Oral & Written
  • Able to Operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Dynamic personality, able to work individually & in a team
  • Good Interpersonal (good performance, hardworker, helpful, friendly, honest)
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office (Jakarta Utara)

Performance Appraisal Officer

Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • Age minimum 21 years old
  • Minimum S1 Degree with GPA 2.75 (Scale 4), majoring in Psychology
  • Having 1 year experience in Performance Appraisal
  • Able to organize report & performance appraisal
  • Good Interpersonal (good performance, hardworker, helpful, friendly, honest, & willing to work in Team)
  • Able to use English with Oral & Written
  • Able to Operate Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
