Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum education majors D-III/Politeknik Mechanical Engineering
• Having at least 3 years experience in the field troubleshooting for D-III/Politeknik heavy equipment or automotive
• Having a spirit of leadership, high motivation and love of field work
• Have the analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in all operational areas of the company
• Can speak English both oral and written

Loader Operator
Jakarta | Closing Date : 14 November 2011
Requirements:

• Minimum education SMA or equivalent
• Having minimum 1 year experience as a loader operator
• Able to operate the loader
• Able to communicate well
• Have knowledge of the material quality standards
• Have a driver's license to operate loader (SIO)

Geologist (Code-GEO)

Requirements:

• S1 Geology
• Min 5 years of field experience, particularly in geological mapping and drilling
• Mine experience or Kepala Teknik qualification would be a plus
• Rock description and recognition, and also experience on feasibility studies
• Computer literate with previous experience in Mining Software
• Production scheduling and planning
• Good communication in English both oral and written
• Good analytical and strong interpersonal skill
• Well organized, able to work under pressure
• Physical and emotional resilience
• Have a good tenacity

Business Development & Planning Manager (Code-BDPM)

Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from bachelor degree of Engineering preferably Civil and Industrial Engineering with concrete and construction background, MBA graduates will be highly regarded;
• Minimum 5 years experience in business development & stategic planning formulation in construction or manufacturing industry.
• Disciplined strategist with proven and measurable success in business development.
• Experience in acquisitions and finding new business opportunities will be well regarded;
• Has strategic planning industry and market research skills are essential;
• Excellent analytical skills and fluent in verbal and written English;
• Candidate is expected to be hands on and able to perform the role with minimum supervision;
• Strong ability to train, develop, and improve the subordinates

Maintenance Superintendent
