Strategic Sourcing Superintendent

Responsibilities:
- The position is needed as to assist the Corporate Procurement Manager in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state-of-the-art procurement way.
- University degree in degree in marketing, economics or technical science
- At least 1 year experience in middle managerial position in the company
- 2 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company which has more or less the same size as PT Holcim
- Contract drafting and management
- Excel knowledge to the extent of simple programming and pivot table management
- Fluent English both oral or written
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Leadership ability to drive cross functional team outcomes
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and motivate a
- team of people to contribute and meet project schedules
- Strong ability to work under deadline pressure, and extra hours to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously

- The position is needed to as to mage the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchasing it, and the process of ensuring that what. Is required is received on time in the quality specified.
- Education S1 majoring in Economic, Mechanical or Electrical science
- Minimum experience 1 years in current position
- The incumbent must have at least 2 years experience as head of buying section at the procurement Department in the company or 5 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company which has the same size as PT Holcim
- Computer literacy: MS. Office, SAP, Lotus Notes
- Excellent communication in both Bahasa & English
- Negotiation skill
