In the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30th October 2007, all shareholders of both Exchanges have agreed to the merger planning and the forming of Indonesia Stock Exchanges (IDX). The legitimizations of the legal aspect and the company’s articles of association by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of Indonesia have been completed.
Thus, effective on the 1st December 2007, Indonesia Stock Exchange will act as a single Bourse that facilitates equities, fixed incomes, and derivative instruments trading. The existence of this Bourse will certainly strengthen our capital market and attract more people to invest in Indonesia.
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) which acts as a facilitator in the development of Indonesian Capital Market. - Responsible for organizing educational activities & socialization of capital markets and product Indonesia Stock Exchange in the region, fostering good relations with stakeholders Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the area for the development of the Capital Market.

- Minimum S1 from reputable University, minimum GPA 3.00 preferably from Economics
- Have the skills to manage activities / event organizer
- Able to communicate well and make presentations
- Experienced in capital markets / investment / financial

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to coordinate and implement activities or socialization & capital market education and product Indonesia Stock Exchange, foster good relationships with various regional stakeholders (Government, Business Associations, Local Companies, Securities Companies, the Media, Higher Education) and in cooperation with relevant parties in order to support the development of capital market in Medan and surrounding areas.
- Male or female, age 27 - 35 years
- Education S1/S2 from reputable university, min GPA 3.00 and preferably from Economics
- Understand Capital Markets
- Have 2-5 years experience in capital markets / investment / field
- Have experience in managing work teams
- Able to do presentation well
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to build networking
- Have the skills to manage activities / event organizer
- Have experience managing a team would be an advantage
