Organization Performance Improvement (OPI) Coach
Jakarta | Closing Date : 26 August 2011
Responsibilities:
  • OPI runs in 2-4 unit areas in each wave and it is being rolled out to company wide. Each wave takes 8 months from start to completion. Usually two (2) unit areas are under responsibility by one (1) OPI lead coach.
  • The position is to provide leadership, support & control of the OPI program and practices in unit areas under his or her responsibility.
  • The role is to act as an internal consultant and a coach to help unit area managers/leaders improve their unit performance, identify and capture the cost saving or revenue generation opportunity in line with diagnostic finding conducted at the beginning of the wave.
  • At the same time, OPI coach is responsible for the People Capability development on OPI system, process, tools, and practices.
  • He or she also helps OPI manager to develop strategic plan to ensure sustainability.
Requirements:
  • University or College graduation (S1)
  • Three (3) years experience in managing working unit area as middle manager with good track record
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, Lotus Notes
  • Good command of English, both oral & written
Other qualification / skills:
  • Have experience, or high willingness to implement complete Project Management Life Cycle: Assessment, Feasibility Study, Approval, Design Development, Testing, Execution and Evaluation, for each project.
  • Have strong business acumen skills
  • Have experience in Business Process Improvement
  • Have exposure in different working business unit areas
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill
  • Strong tenacity

Branding Solution Executive
Surabaya | Closing Date : 26 August 2011
Responsibilities:
  • Execute and monitor construction and branding transformation process of Holcim’s Solusi Rumah (SR) outlet (Franchise Retailers, CPM, RDC, CDC) by developing shop design and conduct project implementation throughout Indonesia. Ensuring branding standard and sound project implementation of Holcim’s SR sales outlets construction are also the key responsibilities of this position/ role.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Diploma Degree Architecture or Civil Engineering or Art Design
  • A working knowledge with a minimum of 3 years experience of work design or construction/ renovation design work
  • Knowledgeable and/or willing to learn about Sustainable Construction
  • Computer literacy: Computer Literacy + Auto CAD
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English
Other qualification / skills:
  • Have concrete knowledge include construction industry knowledge
  • Ability to deal with people all level of project
  • Good verbal and communications skills.
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Have a good capabilities in building sustainable relationship and partnership
