BCA Finance was established in 1981 with the name of PT Central Sari Metropolitan Leasing Corporation (CSML). At its inception, the Company's shareholders are PT Bank Central Asia and the Japan Leasing Corporation. At that time the company was still focused on the commercial finance business, such as financing production machinery, heavy equipment and transportation.

Subsequently in 2001 by PT Central Sari Metropolitan Leasing changed its name to PT Central Sari Finance (CSF), followed by a change of ownership, where PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) becomes the majority shareholder, as well as changes in business focus to automotive financing, especially the wheels four or more.

Lastly, In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia No. C-08 091 HT.01.04.TH.2005, then as of March 28, 2005 PT Central Sari Finance has changed its name to PT BCA Finance.

Marketing Staff

• Jabodetabeka, especially Pondok Indah, Bekasi, Kota, WTC Mangga 2, Daan Mogot, Green Garden, Depok, Bogor, Karawang.
• Non-Jabodetabeka (Jawa, Bali, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan), especially Batam, Cakranagara, Bengkulu, Siantar, Kudus, Bukit Tinggi, Tanjung Pinang, Lampung, Surabaya, Malang, Bandung, Cirebon, Denpasar, Padang, Pontianak, Samarinda, Makassar, Pekanbaru, Semarang, Sukabumi, Tasikmalaya.

Responsibilities:

• Meet the sales targets set by the company and maintain a good relationship with the consumer and the dealer / automotive showroom.

Requirements:

• Male / Female, Minimum High School Education.
• Max. age 22 years for high school and 27 years for D3/S1.
• NEM average - average 6.5 (high school), IPK Min. 2.5 (D3/S1).
• Having at least 1 year work experience (high school) and unmarried (SMU).
• Fresh Graduate for D3 / S1.
• Required to have SIM C and a motorcycle.
• Never worked as a Marketing or Surveyor in other multifinance corporate.

Asset Recovery (Collection) Staff
Closing Date : 06 September 2011
Placement Locations:

• Jabodetabeka, especially Pondok Indah, Bekasi, Tangerang, Bogor
• Non-Jabodetabeka (Java, Bali, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan), especially Surabaya, Malang, Bandung, Medan, Palembang, Padang, Batam, Cakranagara, Bengkulu, Siantar, Kudus, Bukit Tinggi, Tanjung Pinang.

Responsibilities:

• Reminding, visits and observations of consumers the payment exceeds the maturity date.

Requirements:

• Male / Female, Minimum High School Education.
• Max. age 22 years for high school and 27 years for D3/S1.
• NEM average - average 6.5 (high school), IPK Min. 2.5 (D3/S1).
• Having at least 1 year work experience (high school) and unmarried (SMU).
• Fresh Graduate for D3 / S1.
• Have a SIM C and Motorcycles.
